A front door for your team

Work is not anotification.

Zerabase gives every teammate a digital office with a door they control. Open it when you're ready. Close it when you need to focus. No ambient pings destroying flow — just knocks you can answer on your terms.

(01) The Door
(02) The primitives

Your office, in motion.

Each card below is an actual primitive inside Zerabase. Not a screenshot. Not a mockup. The real thing, moving.

OPEN

Walk in. I'm available and happy to chat.

A door that means it.

Every teammate sets their own door. Open, Busy, Closed, Away. The room itself tells your team what's OK to interrupt.

Ask with a reason.

No more @-pings bursting into someone's flow. Senders knock with a reason, you decide what happens next — answer, defer, or read later.

Replies become the day.

Say "give me ten minutes." That reply is now a calendar block. Your day schedules itself out of real conversations, not meeting sprawl.

From the manifesto

“The receiver decides.”

I — The axis

Every tool on the market tweaks when messages arrive. None of them touch who has control. Zerabase flips the axis.

II — The unit

The thing you do in Zerabase isn't sending a message. It's paying a visit. The door tells you whether to enter, knock, or leave a note.

III — The rule

If a change would hand control back to the sender, we don't ship it. Doors, knocks, notes, rooms, schedules, calls — all of it follows one rule.
